The City of Detroit’s Planning and Development Department (P&DD) is seeking qualified development entities for the purpose of re-development of an approximately 5 acre vacant former recreation department site. The site contains an approximately 16,630 square foot dilapidated one story brick structure (vacant former recreation center). It is located in the area generally bounded by: the John C. Lodge Freeway (US-10) northbound service drive (w), Selden Avenue (n), vacated Fourth Avenue (e) and North of vacated Brainard Street (s).
